1-Year Blog-iversary!

I can’t believe I started writing Simlit one whole year ago – it was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I’ll admit, when I started I was viewing this whole thing as a writing exercise, but by a couple of chapters in I was hooked on the characters and the stories. I’ve met some wonderful people in the community, and I’ve started more challenges as time has gone on – there are so many ideas out there!

I love writing so much, and I’ve become far too attached to all this. I never intended Generation 2 to be so long, but all these side-plots kept popping into my head! I’m really grateful to everyone who reads my story, whether they comment or not – it means a lot to me. I’ve actually gained enough confidence to start planning a novel – something that seemed so far away before. My writing is constantly improving, and I hope it will continue to do so! Everything just seems so much more possible, now.
